I had a very pleasant experience there. Had a problem with my car starting and figured it was a weak battery. When I showed up I met John the owner who thoroughly asked me tell him what the symptoms were. He had his guy immediately bring it inside so that they can diagnose. Turns out my starter was bad and needed a new one. John was nice enough to shop several parts suppliers and locate a starter at a reasonable price. Most places stick to their key parts guy and pass the price along to the customer whatever the price may be. I got a chance to read many letters and cards that his customers had sent him showing their gratitude and appreciation. Numerous customers walked in, leaving donuts and were greeted by John and Joe on a first name basis. Seems that they've built a large loyal following. They have definitely earned my business.

Spiral is great! My family has been going to them since before I was born; so at least 34 years. John and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, accommodating and personable. They always take care of us and our cars/trucks. I will always go there for anything I need. Keep up the great work guys!
